Never received initial kit

I made a purchase on July 10th, and I canceled it that same day because I found the same service at half price from another company. They said it would take 10 days to refund me, and a month later I haven't received the money. They don't have an established customer service team. Be careful with your money.

When i received my partials I was so excited, I tried putting them in my mouth and they would not fit at all, it was very hard plastic it said dip in hot water i did that did not change a thing. I tried contacting them multiple times never got back with me. Paid $700 dollars for nothing at all, I am so disappointed, they are a JOKE.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I HAVE TURNED THEM INTO THE FTC AND BBB! This company will take your money send you trash and when you call you get a “messaging service” that will not return your call! When you ask to speak to a supervisor for the company they tell you they do not have that information which a complete and total lie. When you work for a “messaging service” you have all the escalation contacts for the company YOU WORK FOR!! They do not respond to emails! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU SEND THEIR GABAGE BACK TO THEM!!! Oh and they say you will receive a refund in so many days, and then try TO TAKE money out of your account instead of refunding it.i have an open investigation with the FTC, BBB, and my financial institution. Don’t try leave comments on their Facebook page if it isn’t praising them, they will delete your comments and block you. Also if you call the dentistry place that’s located at the address they give you to return their trash the people that answer the phone stutter and hang up on you!!! This place is an absolute scam!!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down!!! You are thieving scammers nothing more!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!

This product is terrible. It's mt second set of partials (original set from another company) so I am familiar with how these products work. Not only do these not fit right but they are so painful I can't use them. I will have to go to a different company to get a new pair. Do not waste your money here.

I got mine in April. I tried emailing several times and tried chatting twice and nobody replied as I was told by both they would. I emailed photos that they didn’t fit. No repose. I also had to spaces to fill on the top and received a top set that was connected from one side to the other. This is not what I wanted on not shown as a possibility anywhere on the site. Very disappointed. I spent almost $1000 and can’t even wear them because they’re so tight and the gums stick out so you can see a space between my teeth and the gums.

Did not like that your company processes payment then shows you the waiver to sign. Which states this is a temporary denture not a permanent one. As well as your company assumes no liability of any kind nor will assist if you have an issue of the denture not fitting or for any reason. That is for me a red flag.
