The dentist was going to charge me over 14000 dollars to replace five teeth. I was so embarrassed with my smile especially since one of my missing teeth was right in the front. It took over four months to finally get the impressions of my teeth approved with reset but most of the delay was my fault for not applying pressure to my teeth the entire three minutes it took to make the impressions. It was worth the wait because now I have a full set of teeth again and it’s really made a difference in my self confidence and willingness to take pictures. Thank you reset!!!

Seemed like there was an issue ordering but the support team fixed it. So far so good.

After struggling to get answers back from the company for a month after completing my impressions I decided to complain on Facebook. I received an answer immediately and was able to complete the process. Other than that the product was as described. If they can get their customer service issues resolved they would be a great company.

This is my second time using the company, and both times my device turned out perfect! The only drawback is they are a smaller company so they don't have the greatest customer service, but they have delivered both times!
