I did not realize I wasn’t dealing with the motel itself, and booked a room for two nights. When I tried to change the reservation, I was told I could not because the motel refused seeing as how I had booked through reservation desk. When I then tried to cancel, I learned their policy is to charge a full night’s stay in spite of it being over 10 days before the reservation. Total scam. Most motel/hotel bookings let you cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation.

Reservationsdesk or scammers den?
I was trying to book a room at crown plaza and this company presented a website as if crown plaza, I called the number and made reservation when I received email from them realised I was scammed by these despicable people , they charged fees and extras never mentioned over the phone. Why the Cron plaza is still in business with them , knowing they are scamming their own customers ? Do you think crown plaza is going to get my business anymore knowingly collaboration with these scammers?

Misleading and sneaky
Like all the other reviews, mine experience was the same. I thought it was my gullibility, might in a weird way it's nice to know it's not me. I pulled up the Pala website and clicked on availability. That's where I was somehow redirected to a this third party. The charged me right away, whereas, Pala charges you on checkout. They also added about $80 in bogus service and resort fees. I called Pala direct and learned how these third-party scams work, and it's legal! I called Reservationsdesk within 24 hours and was able to get all my $ back. Their charges were pending and taken off, but the booking fee of $17.99 was on my card immediately. It is now removed. Even the name they use is intentionally misleading, in my opinion. I thought the receipt was coming from the reservations desk at Pala. I wish there was a way to warn people. Also, my receipt shows Reservation Desk, but when I spoke with the rep, he specifically said reservation was plural, ReservationsDesk. Not sure if that is meaningful, but just thought I'd mention that, too.

If i could give a minus 5 star I would. Liars and a scam. Thought I called AA they said we're booking my same flight on aa. I paid supposedly tax. Then they said Delta flight. I told them not interested but wouldn't return my money. I've called a few more times and they lie. They bullshit you. Won't give their name. Its crazy. Stay away from these scam people.

Watch for deception
Very deceptive adding hidden costs to the price of the room and refusing to provide a breakdown or itemized charges of which are more than the cost of the room. Making the room non-refundable to avoid your cancelation of the room. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. I was quoted a price of $96/room for 2 rooms $192.00 + tax. I received an invoice for over $300.00. This is a total ripoff. I'm not going to let this go. AGO, BBB, Consumer Protection, Social media and any other source that will hear my complaint.
