ReservationsdeskReviews of reservationsdesk.com

This reservationdesk.com site books you the wrong type of room so you cancel and make another reservation all within 2 minutes I might add. The first reservation is non refundable. It’s all a scam and the hotel you booked with (so I thought) has absolutely nothing to do with it. You think you are booking with BCMInns in loydminster but google directs you to reservation desk.com automatically and once booked you can’t cancel. Total crap. Pay close attention to sites when booking!!!!!! This is bullshit!!!!!!

SCAM HACK report! Grandfallscasino affiliate

"Reservation Desk" uses slick google search results to make you think you are booking directly with the establishment you searched for. If you try and cancel your reservation, they say it's non-refundable. They are a scam company working just inside the letter of the law, but that doesn't make them a good company to do business with. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

This company clearly re-directs customers by looking like it is the actual hotel taking the booking. When asked why the price seems higher, they are pushy and want you to commit very quickly. Then they didn't even book the proper room. When I showed up, I was given only one bed, when told there would be a pull out couch. The hotel had no other rooms available. The refund they gave was pathetic. This is a horrible company.

STAY AWAY from this booking site. Payment receipt showed full final amount. At check in I was told I only paid for first night at a higher rate that was on the receipt. Hotel said he has seen numerous problems with reservationdesk. I called reservation desk, they would investigate and call back, never did. Lucky hotel manually fixed the problem. Reservationdesk provided wrong misleading info on the receipt. Their customer service useless. You'd be crazy to ever use them. They overall seem very fishy!

This company pretended to be United Airlines in changing my airline reservations which should have been a free change but then charged me $267.39 for the change. United airlines stated I should not have been charged.

This company is a SCAM!!! The representative Chavis scammed my 90 year old mother and me out of $422.90 when the room charge was only $215.00 In addition he processed the charge without reviewing the information properly. He ran thru the reservations speaking with horrible articulation and extremely fast. Only to find out HE WAS THE ONE THE BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL!!! I asked him numerous times about the location. how close was it to the beach. how far was it from the Carnival ship. How far was it from the airport. All the time saying South Beach. Yet he booked Auburn NY. The worst part is I asked for a confirmation email to confirm the booking before we charged it. He sent the wrong booking to the wrong email INTENTIONALLY!!! I gave him the correct spelling using words for the letters so there is no reason for him to have gotten the email address incorrect. He did that intentionally to buy time for the charge to be processed without our authorization. FRAUD!! I don't know if he gets paid on the amount of bookings he does in a day but there is no way he could have made that by mistake. They don't even sound the same. Also when I asked what the final charge was he said its in the email instead of telling me the details. THIS MAN SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Lord knows how many people he has done this to especially being a senior. What is worse is my mother had to cancel her card because if it were fraud he had all her card information. What is to say he didn't write it down on a separate piece of paper. So now my mother is without a credit card for 10 days and has to call the card company back in 10 days to dispute the charge. More aggravation for a senior that wasn't necessary. Her blood pressure is high and all the fun we had hope to have booking her 90th Bday getaway was RUINED!!! RESERVATION DESK YOU NEED TO FIRE THIS PERSON AND AUDIT THEM BETTER BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It makes be believe that this is acceptable and part of your Corporate DNA!!! IF SO I will make it my mission to make certain a class action lawsuit is taken against you seeing how you don't care. I will await your reply! TO THE HOTELS THAT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS.... THIS IS A REFLECTION OF YOU AS WELL!!! PLEASE DROP THEM AS YOUR BOOKING COMPANY!!! Peace P.S. I won't even give them one star but I had to because I wouldn't get this page. That is how awful they are!!! I am calling their fraud department next!
