DO NOT USE THESE POS! TRIED TO CHARGE $1OO MORE THAN THE HOTEL! THE HOTEL THEY BOOKED ECONO LODGE JASPER, TEXAS WAS ROACH RIDDEN AND RAY CHARLES MUST HAVE BEEN THE CLEANER. WE LEFT AND STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE $294for the holiday inn AND I PAID $159 AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. DO NOT USE THESE CONS AT RESERVATIONDESK.COM and AVOID THE ECONO LODGE IN JASPER TEXAS. FIGURED IT CHEAPER TO LOSE $125 THAN TO CARRY HOME THERE COCKROACHES AND PAY HUNDREDS TO THOUSANDS FOR AN EXTERMINATOR! I FILLED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SENDING PHOTOS TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Terrible. It seems from looking at the internet that you are connecting with the reservation desk of a hotel. Then you make the reservation and I find out their prices are $60-80 more than if you have booked with the hotel. I figured this out within 5 minutes and tried to cancel the room and they are not doing it. This should not be allowed.

WARNING! Do not book any reservations with this company! My experience is similar to the others who have made complaints: 1. They do not allow you to make modifications to a reservation, even though it was booked 11 months in advance for a location in peak season. They could easily resell the nights I wanted to cancel. 2. They collect the total cost at the time of booking, not just a deposit which is normal policy that a consumer would expect. 3. Because I now do not trust them, I believe they also lied and told me they could book a room for two nights when only one night was available. I learned this when I called that hotel directly. 4. I also learned that I could book the room type that I wanted with the hotel directly, but reservationdesk.com booked me with another type, telling me it was the only type available. I am so disappointed and disillusioned and believe this company to be predatory and dishonest in their business practices.

Please do NOT use this service. Their website is misleading as it appears that you are using the hotels actual website. The person we spoke with stated that the reservation was fully refundable. She did not state that there was a $17.99 fee which was not refundable. If you need to make a reservation, please directly contact the hotel.

Reservation desk acted like they were the hotel. They ended up charging me more than double the rate published at their own site. They ripped me off and charged an extra 1,000.00 for 4 days stay. NEVER AGAIN, NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM!!!!!

This company charges a $17.99 fee for using their service and this is not refundable if you cancel. They also charge higher "room fees" than going direct to the hotel website. They make money even if you do not stay at the hotel.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM

Hello, I'm a 91 year old lady who occasionally visits my friend in Warrensburg, Mo who is in a nursing home there. I stay at the Holiday Inn Express there. I went on line and booked the night of Oct. 22, 2024. I have stayed there before and nothing looked different. Soon afterwards, my friend called and changed the date. I quickly went on line to cancel, but found out I could not cancel. I paid $168.71 plus $17.99. On the 24th I visited my friend and had to pay for a room at another hotel.
