Reservations desk falsley advertises great looking rooms and when you arrive, the room is mold infested and has bed bugs.

Awful website. They go after unsuspecting people by advertising Front desk and takes it to them rather then the hotel front desk. My wife called for an already existing reservation made via IHG to check with the hotel if they had a refrigerator in the room. They got the phone call and made her a reservation and charged her!! She already had a reservation. They are scamming people by this and charging fees. Why is it still open. Also guess who they are partnered with? Expedia!

I arrived at the La Quinta Inn after driving from Florida 11 hours tired as I did last year and the girl at the dest for the second time said she couldn't find my reservation (Same girl with long dark hair very pretty). Both times tried to convince me to cancel my reservation and go through their desk and redo my reservation with them. I refused and after finding my res. 15 min everything was fine. I think she was enjoying seeing me squirm.......Bad experience twice!

I have been unable to get my monies refunded, I booked at Schooner Hotel 14500 Gulf Blvd, Maderia Beach, Fla. on 9-30-2024 thru 10-6-2024, upon arrival the hotel was closed, extensive damage from Hurricane Helene closed the hotel 9-26-2024 along with most of Maderia Beach proper. How can they charge you, when the hotel is inhabitable upon arrival. the reservation was made on 9-30-2024 the hotel was destroyed beyond repair on 9-26-2024. Helene also disrupted all the utilities...water, electric, sewer, phone

0 Stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They scan, lie and steal! Con you into believing you are speaking to the actual hotel. Lead you to believe you can cancel your reservation and then just delete all of your previous data. Will not answer their phone. Have a fake email address.

Thought I was booking with Delta Hotel’s online reservation team, but after the person on the other line wouldn’t accept my corporate code, refused explain why or transfer me to a supervisor, and then started speaking over me, wouldn’t give me their employee number and only gave me a ‘probably fake’ first name of ‘Lara’ before hanging up on me… completely incompetent staff with absolutely zero integrity. After being hung up on, I called the direct line for the Delta location I was trying to book with and asked to speak to their supervisor to make a complaint, they were completely shocked at how I was treated and requested the contact info of this shady site so they could call and investigate. Reservationdesk is a chickenshit organization trying to scam people - longtime Marriott Bonvoy status-holders - into booking at higher rates than available from contacting the hotel directly. Don’t be fooled! Their website makes it look like you’re contacting the actual property, but you aren’t.

I too was scammed. I called the hotel and asked for their reservations and they connected me with this third-party reservation desk, made reservations asked for all inclusive. called them back before vacation just to confirm it cause I had a bad feeling and sure enough we had no all inclusive now they won’t give me my money back. We lost over $1400. This place is a scam. I’m trying to figure out how to get to their corporate company. I want to sue them!
