Was fraudulently led to believe I was booking a room with a king size bed and double bed handicapped accessible when it was a scam and the sales guy lied repetitively and I trusted him and booked a room and didn't get the other bed it was a single king size bed with a roll out cot When I tried to call the company no one would help me refund my money telling me it was non refundable I agreed to pay only for what I thought I was buying I was on the phone for 3 hours and had to go to an Escalations situation where they will not give me a refund until they listen to the call they tell me with the sakes agent!!!!! I want my money refunded for fraudly booking me a room that wasn't described to me properly!!! Never use this company so deceitful Then trying to speak to anyone they put you in a constant loop I'm going to have to get my credit card company involved in opening a dispute because they are not wanting yo refund me my money

I booked through them thinking I was working directly through the Hotel. I was charged an additional service fee of $17.99. This stay was for a funeral and the date changes for 5/28 to 5/29. When I called they said that they could not change the dates of the reservation that I would need to call the hotel. The hotel could not change the reservation dates. So I'm stuck for the cost I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

I booked the Hilton Sandestin for 4/26 & 4/27. I called on 4/25 to cancel due to illness in our family. Raven the Rep w Reservationdesk..com told me I would get all monies refunded $732.00 back except $18. Okay fair. Ten days later I only got $366 back. Called numerous times many times my calls have been disconnected. Last conversation 10 days ago said they would review it. The Rep Raven talked to the Hilton and they approved full a refund. This is a scam operation making you think you are talking to Hilton Res. direct and then when you have a problem w a reservation good luck they are out to keep your money. I don’t know how a Reservation Desk can be this poor and getaway with bagging people on legitimate refunds. Stay away!!!

I booked one night through the desk at Travelodge Barrie which cost $109 Canadian including tax. I had to book a second night by phone and the Travelodge site sent me to Reservation Desk. The person on the phone outright lied to me to get me to book. I asked if her quote was the total including tax, and in Canadian dollars. The lady assured me that this was in Canadian dollars and the total would be $127. When I checked my Visa the following day, I found they had charged $177.24 which included $24.94 service charge which the lady on the phone promised would not be charged. When I called them back, they said I must be lying, and no worries. Stay well away from these scammers

This definitely falls into the buyer beware category. One believes they are calling the hotel but in reality they get these people. They do not disclose the fact they are not with the hotel. They could not answer our questions and they ended up booking us a room, but not the room they said it was. We are in the process of getting that canceled. We shall see how it goes. Avoid these folks at all costs.

I thought I was calling the hotel Booked this room and when I got to the hotel they charged me an extra $30 a day. My email said I was paid in full. SCAM SCAM SCAM

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company presents itself as the hotel when you call. they book the hotel with the "guaranteed best rate" and pay the hotel a fraction of what they charge you. Total scam. When confronted on it, they are dismissive and unaccountable!

Horrible company! Lied to me about price of hotel and charged service fees I wasn’t told about. I will NEVER use this company again!! Told me they would authorize a refund and did not do so.
