Hello, Deposits on our platform are processed automatically. To be credited automatically, the payment must be sent using the exact currency and network selected on the deposit page. These details are clearly displayed before the payment is made. If the wrong currency, network, or payment details are used, the deposit may not be credited automatically and requires manual review. Nevertheless, we review all deposit-related support requests, including payments that were not credited automatically. Such cases are normally processed within 24 hours, and once the payment is verified, the funds are credited accordingly. Calling our service a “pure scam” and claiming that we are “vanishing with everyone’s money” is therefore false and misleading. We do not confiscate customer deposits. If you have already contacted support, please allow the stated processing time for your payment to be reviewed.

We recently experienced a temporary operational issue that affected some order processing and significantly increased support response times. This disruption lasted approximately one week and has since been resolved. Our support infrastructure has now been upgraded, with most tickets currently receiving a response within 10–15 minutes. The order-processing issues from that period have also been resolved, and operations have returned to normal. Regarding stock availability, an item being available does not guarantee instant fulfillment in every case. Individual orders may occasionally require additional processing or verification by the fulfillment provider. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding cancellations, automatic refunds, availability information, and platform-wide incident notifications. Some of these mechanisms already exist in our system, while others are areas we continue to improve. We appreciate that you highlighted the convenience of our platform and API. However, we also want future readers to understand that the delays described here occurred during a temporary disruption and are not representative of our normal service.

We understand that individual requests may occasionally require additional time depending on the issue, but stating that our support was completely unavailable and that “no one is responding” does not accurately reflect the service that was operating at the time.
