Lacks value to match price
The yearly programs offer worthless protection. You will need to write emails or send letters on your own to remove offensive information. As for assistance with information that really needs removed the price is too high for the average person. Now there are other companies available, and willing, to help that are more affordable.

First off all you have stop…
This review is for reputation Defender I just learned you partnering with Trustpilot! First off all you have stop communicating with me for a long time!!! Didn’t know you kept charging me every month for $99.00! I only signed up for one year way back to more than 10 years! Inspite of supposedly protecting my personal information there are pelenty sites sharing everything about me . Weather it’s correct or false. Unless within couple of weeks you take care of the problems I do decline renewing my account . If you continue to charge me I will claim all the money you took from my account without my permission. Buyer beware
I have paid for this service for five years only to find out that I am still on sites spokeo and mylife. I called and asked them why they hadn’t removed me since I was paying and they said that they can’t make them remove my info. Well that’s not what Reputation defender advertises especially when people pay for the service. Not happy at all with them. UPDATE: their customer service team contracted me after my review was left. They still can’t remove my info from the site I mentioned but gave me instructions on how to do it myself. They also credited me back the cost of my year subscription. Although they weren’t this quick to respond initially, I do appreciate their actions.

Services are minimal and could be much…
The program does the bare minimum. I’d appreciate a more comprehensive approach to protecting my data. I find I’m having to do quite a bit of the work on my on. I’ve not been recommending reputation defender as much to students and colleagues.
