I have received excellent service from my account manager, Darius Bailey. He is knowledgeable, listens to any concerns and addresses them very quickly. And he checks in at regular intervals to be sure all is well, or whether there are any items that need addressing. I appreciated Cliff's personal phone calls to check if I had any questions or concerns re my quarterly executive privacy reports. Cliff took proactive steps to identify and remove negative information from the privacy report before I did. I appreciated the early email and telephone reminders that my service agreement was ending. When I did call to ask to renew after my agreement had ended, Cliff immediately arranged a new agreement with the same terms. He was easy to work with, professional, and courteous.

Complete scam. I hired Reputation Defender to help with search results in 03/22. It is now 12/2023 and there has been 0 movement in my search. I have addressed my frustrations MANY times only to be told they need more time. Originally when I signed with them I was told 6 months, then 12, and now it’s been radio silent for months. One of the sales persons responses to my request for cancellation and refund to me was - “ Doesn't really matter to me as I make 90% income hourly and 10% on referrals. Your contact means we'll only host your sites for a year, not that results will be achieved in a year. Signing the contact means you actually read it” and follows up with - “ *I mean us refunding you doesn't matter to me ” and that’s just the begging. Completely disrespectful, and complete disregard for my account. If it doesn’t matter, than why am I still being dragged through the mud? I have multiple messages being talked down to, and even the email from the very begging when I was told this would take 6 months, maximum a year, and here are are almost at 2 years. I have messages dating back to as early as June 2022 expressing my concerns on how this isn’t working and wanting to cancel instead of waisting more time and resources. I was yet again, encouraged to wait. I have never asked for a “100% success”. I am understanding on how complex this process can be. However, when I’m 6 months in and seeing this isn’t going to work and have been asking for my account to be cancelled and refunded for over a year I’ve been more than patient.
