What I got is not was I ordered. The seller refused to give me a refund or a replacement. He has horrible customer service, I am warning anyone who buys from the seller, he sometimes uses fake lego, he doesn’t advertise very well what he is saying. He is very misleading, do not buy from this seller.

purchased the five pack of mystery custom clones and saw that some of them don't even come with helmets simply "helmets" printed on the mini-figure heads and figured if i order five i'll at least get one good one out of the DOZENS of custom ones with helmets as advertised in all pictures for the product and if the rest are the crap ones it would be fine, instead i receive all five terrible "custom clones" with gaudy colors chosen for the actual lego pieces so you cant even use them with other accessories to make normal looking figures side note these were a present for my little cousin and if i had not checked what was inside i'm sure it would have been a great disappointment

I ordered a specific gunship, and the website said it would ship at the end of the next month (end of september) fast forward to the middle of december, no gunship, and i tried being patient with him over paypal but he kept saying it was on its way until the case closed. and after it has missed the final deadline i am done with this. slimy owner. just give me my money back dude.

This was absolutely my fault for trusting this company one last time. I really thought, "Let me try one of the larger options and maybe, just maybe I'll get something good." Turns out that you get less than you pay for, at WAY over market price on bricks (trust me, Timmy boy, I see the Bricklink costs and you're not fooling anyone with your spiel about "overhead") for something insignificant. Seriously, what I received WAS advertised on the box, but without a listing for that set on the website, I could not have anticipated how absolutely minuscule the TIE Interceptor I received would be. (Imagine for a moment you expected a TIE the size of one of LEGO's official sets -- because why wouldn't you expect that's what he's selling you -- and then receiving a mini-chibi version the size of the one that comes with the Death Star. That's what literally just happened.) But like I said, a lot of this is my fault for holding out any hope for this scammer. I will not be purchasing from them, and I hope that more people step forward to whistleblow this company to shreds. Enjoy your 25% off for 5* reviews, bootlickers. Hope kissing up to a guy whose only love is profit gets you what you want in life.

I paid full price for a large set, never received. Only store owner can interact with USPS but it has been more than 8 months and still no set. I have requested a refund but it has not been sent.

Bribing customers with 25 percent off this store is a scam. I ordered a few sets ($175 worth) back in august and still have yet to receive any of them. When I inquired about them the first time they said the items were waiting for preorder but the store page didn’t have any indication that the items whereby available at the time of purchase. But the seller reorder date came and went and still nothing, not even a hey there’s a delay. When I asked again they said they were waiting on the sets however it has been 4 months and I have yet to receive anything. I have cancelled my order and will not be returning.
