Purchased a French door, waited never heard anything. After 5 weeks contacted them, they said that French doors are considered custom. I pointed out that they are not under custom they are something they have listed without any special changes. So they disconnected the chat and will not respond.

I ordered a costume size storm door from this company on Jan. 5, 2026 (mfg by Larson). On my order receipt it stated, "Please be aware we have extended lead times due to Covid related supply chain delays so the doors may not be ready for 6-12 weeks." This is 2026, not 2020. I was told that the door would be ready by mid-March. April came, May came and, by mid-June it finally arrived at my contractors. Because of other jobs, my contractor could not install it immediately, so he went out on July 11th to install both that door and another storm door for the front of my house. The door is greatly defective. The corner 90° metal angles, that hold the glass in place, don't even come together and there is no rubber gasket between the glass and metal frame. I'm SO disappointed. I waited months for this order. Between the cost & shipping, paid over $1000.00. I want a refund, they can come and have it picked up because I am not paying to ship it back. It's a piece of junk and I wish I could attach the pictures to this review. They will get a 5 star review only if I get a refund.

I paid $1,581 for a storm door on Dec 1, 2025. They said, it will ship in February. We are already into March, and I have not received any door. This company is just a facade to scam people. Replacementstormdoors have no intentions of shipping any doors. Just a scam company. Don't buy any products from this corrupt organization.

I also ordered a door and paid $1250. They never respond to my numerous pleas. I hate to start a scam refund because I want the door, but I don't see any choice. Good to see I am not alone.

We ordered storm doors in August. They were charged to our credit card a few days later. Two months later we can not get a response from them. We will be looking for a refund!

I gave 1 star because I had to to write this on this site.. This company is a scam, dont buy from them. I ordered a door 8/4/2025 and have never heard from them even after I sent 4 emails. Working with my bank now, for a refund.
