Repeated errors with service and didn't even return originals sunglass lens. Delayed by over 2 months with defective mirror finish. I will never use company again. My complaints were all emailed and addressed poorly. If these errors need to be researched, all they need to do is review my repeated emails last year. Even if they wanted to help now, I would still not send product back.

I was going to have my frames shipped from a different online store and have them just put the lenses in for me. The only thing I did was email the store once and they took care of everything and didn't even charge me anything extra. I messed something up on my lenses order and they emailed me about it before going ahead with an obvious mistake. They seem to really pay attention to every order and have excellent customer service.

I ordered lenses for a new frame that I mailed to Replacement Lens Express. The frame arrived in their office and the new lenses were fitted. The new eyeglasses were then sent to me in Canada by mail. They never arrived. The company insisted that they had been delivered to me, but the tracking service showed that they did not. The glasses never moved beyond Quebec, which is about 1000 miles from where I lived. Under postal regulations, only the sender (Replacement Lens Express in this case) may begin a trace inquiry for a lost package. The company at first refused, stating that the package had been delivered. Unfortunately, Replacement Lens Express paid for only the cheapest mail service, for which USPS does not operate a tracing service. It's nine months now and my glasses are not here. I lost a bundle on this and had to purchase another pair. I am retired and living on a pension. Footing the bill for this has not been a piece of cake - I had to take out a loan.

I bought a pair of transition lense glasses which stopped working after a few months. I returned them in the glasses case they came in to have the lenses replaced and they sent them back without the case. I called and was promised a new case, which I never received.

IF I HAD NOT EXPERIENCED THIS, I WOULD NOT HAVE REPLACED MY LENSE. SHE MADE ME FEEL THAT ALL MY NEEDS WOULD BE MET AND THEY WERE. MY LENSE HAVE BEEN REPLACED & I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED.
