The issue was resolved, and we didn't receive any other messages from you. If the information in your manual was incomplete, we definitely want to address that! Our coverage for most vehicles is very good, but in rare cases there can be issues. In those cases, we investigate the issue and do what's right for the customer. In terms of whether an online manual is practical, it's really a matter of preference. The benefit of our online manuals is that you can access them any time, from any device, and you get ongoing updates to the information. We understand if it's not everyone's preference.
