Hello, as we stated in response to your other review: Please give us the opportunity to investigate your issue and respond. You can rest assured that if there's an issue with your manual, we'll take care of it! We do aim for less than 24 hours (usually faster!) to respond to support requests, depending on our support workload as well as the type of request. Your request involves a data issue that needs to be investigated. While we do our best to resolve all tickets quickly, some things are not instant. For perspective, you emailed our support team at the beginning of a weekend. You created 5 support requests in a short period of time, and you've also left multiple reviews, all by Monday.
