Sent the wrong manual and when I tried to get ahold of them to let them know they never responded the 2 times I reached out the gave up so yeah they ripped me off..no Know new manual ever showed up in fact this review is the first reply since I paid for the wrong manual and what ur reply is is a lie it's rude and fked up business.. stop lieing to the people

Complete scam. Downloaded file only included directions to email company for actual repair manual. Company never responded.

Sent the wrong year of the car manual & i have emailed MULTIPLE times to request the correct one. No response & the phone # does not work, i feel like this is not legit. And i really need that manual as its a foreign car.

I paid for the downloadable manual and received a zip file instructing me to send an email with my vehicle’s information so that the company could send me the correct manual. I did this promptly and have still not received a manual and it has now been a week. I have reached out to the company several times and have had no response. I have since filed a fraud claim through PayPal since that is how I paid.

Where is the manual download I paid for?

They took my money an my repair manual never would come up on my computer, it said it was to late. I have tried to contact them but no response.

The manual is missing wiring diagrams/schematics which I bought manual specifically for. I have not received a response from customer service and sitting in the dark on what is going on. Next week I will be calling my credit card for fraud complaint if this is not resolved.

Purchased on line repair manual. They sent email back with instructions to send information about vehicle, not sure why the needed this a second time, but no manual yet. Sent 6 emails and Skype no response in a week. Would not purchase from them again. I have informed cc about them. Maybe fraud company. Watch out
