Repair manual for my car did not provide enough detail to properly remove the catalyst. Upon trying to refund my money for not providing ease of access to catalyst and what other components needed to be removed the support agent decided to argue with me about it and kept interrupting me to as I'm trying to explain the detail that it was not providing me. Stated 2 to 3 days to refund my money but has now been a week since and contact support again to correct this issue and still have not received my money back.

The scam artist’s have the audacity to label my review as “fake from a competitor”. I am not a competitor, I am retired active duty military and I can post the charge from my bank to prove it. You buy from these scammers you will regret it.

Please always check spam folders for links as some email providers send emails with links to spam

ZERO STARS ACTUALLY! Bate and switch professionals! Clearly list items under one description and then send you something else. Beware at all costs! Then they do NOT respond to emails requesting a refund, even after filing a complaint with the payment provider (in my case, PayPal). Truly disgusting! Truly one of the most corrupt and dishonest companies on the planet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not receive my order. I emailed ebayautosoftware on 3/6/2023 at 5:59 pm to find out where my order was and I emailed support@repairmanualnow on 3/7/2023 at 7:07 am to find out where my order was and have not received a reply from either. Addendum: I finally received the manual today. They need to change their "Download Instructions" page to better reflect the potential length of time it could take to receive the manual. I have always bought Haynes repair manuals in the past, but they do not have one for the vehicle I own presently. I've reviewed the manual they sent and it is far more detailed than the Haynes manuals I’ve had for my past vehicles. I'd add a couple stars now.
