Customer support is Great
Customer support is quick to respond and are willing to spend as much time as you need to understand your query. the POS system is fairly straight forward to use and love the repair tracking feature

Amazing service !!
My printer and my cash drawer were not working at all! I reached out Arnold on the RepairDesk chat and he solved all my problems! Friendly and fun service despite the difficulties encountered!

I am extremely satisfied with the support got from Arnold. he is always ready to help me. thanks a lot. your system is very good. it's the best pos for cell phone business .Arnold as he is there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend it.

I am happy with Repairdesk
I am happy with Repairdesk, especially with customer service, Sierra, she is amazing and always available for help, she is understanding the problem and help with most effective way possible. Above I would say Repairdesk is an amazing platform and it does what it says, and the customers service again is amazing.

I wouldn't want to be a printer technician
Arnold was able to get my issue as close to solved as possible. He tried every possible avenue over the course of an hour and a half to get our PrintNode functioning properly and while it didn't completely get solved, our labels are printing much better than before. Arnold has great patience and problem solving skills. Thanks!

We are new RepairDesk users and setting-up for first use. Our first impressions of RepairDesk are that the company is well established, the product appears robust, but most remarkable is the incredible support. Ever since our first download of their trial system, we have experienced excellent support from introduction to the system to specific issues, for instance printer set-up. They have an in-app message window for support which appears to be attended 24/7 - incredible! The team is large and wide-ranging in experience and various areas of expertise, and in all our interactions we have found them to be attentive, well mannered, and humorous. 5 stars so far!! Arnold
