We went through our follow up…
We went through our follow up orientation with Repairdesk. Saad and Arnold were excellent at helping us with the few questions we had about Repairdesk. We are very happy with our new POS and the customer service is excellent.

RepairDesk is Great!
RepairDesk was able to handle 100% of daily tasks and streamline all processes in our repair shop. Creating Tickets, Managing COGS, Tracking inventory etc. And to top it off, the RepairDesk support team. They are always able to help me out with any issues or questions I may have. A big thanks & yes to Arnold as he is there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend.

RepairDesk is excellent
RepairDesk is excellent RepairDesk is excellent! Anytime I have a issue or needs, I just open up the live chat and someone helps me within seconds. The easy of use of the software is my favorite aspect of using RepairDesk. Paired with the ticketing system and tracking of tickets is the best part. Plus RepairDesk integrates with everything the cellphone repair industry needs! Arnold helped me today and he did a excellent job!
