The Renukrete process is clear and easy to understand. During a vendor visit to the worksite the process was clearly explained detailing what could and could not be done. It was the end of season and a 10% discount was offered. As a result an installation contract was signed. The single biggest problem turned out to be the weather which interrupted the installation. Combined with the fact that the installation crew was coming from a distance scheduling became an issue. This led to the process being rushed in my opinion as some of the work had to be redone due to rain washing away some of the coating. The short days and the lack of good sun exposure on the deck caused the drying process to be excessively long and the crew finally resorted to using diesel fueled heaters to aid in the drying. Ultimately, the final product is close to what we were expecting but the coloring is somewhat lighter than what we were looking for.

We were very pleased with the overall results of our pool surround and walkway. It is beautiful and really does look like flagstone! We were impressed and amazed with the process of using our existing concrete to create a pattern that looks like stone. Linda and Wilbur, were lovely to work with and addressed all our questions and concerns. The crew were efficient and worked quickly although a bit more attention to detail regarding our lawn and stones surrounding the pool would have been appreciated.

Consultation, planning and proposal process with Linda was very well done. Very knowledgeable and patient, answering my many questions to make a fully informed decision. Will was very professional lead and his team are hard working skilled crew. Concrete cuts are a work of art. Will worked with us to dial in the exact brown color accent needed to perfectly match our area. He also hand finished our stamped concrete sidewalks with same color because none of the color pallet selections did not quite fit. Overall work product would be considered excellent, but the inadvertent driveway damage and unexpected plastic shards found in river rocks around pool and more so within the pool from the removal of white expansion joints was concerning. Wish I noticed these upon final checklist review. These and other small nuances kept rating from 5 stars. But, most important is the fact their completed work is beautiful and pool area looks amazing!

Delighted with the improvement in the appearance of our deck. Unsightly cracks and discolorations are gone. It looks like a new deck.

Lovely company, wonderful staffs, great management and wonderful quality

As an update to the review below: I originally posted the review below as I was getting the "run-around" from customer service via e-mail for several weeks. Ultimately, the company did stand behind the product and removed all of the staining. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars, is that I think it is unfortunate that the product can be stained by rust from outdoor aluminum furniture. ----------------------------------------------------------- The RenuKrete product is of poor quality and does not last. If it becomes dirty, it's there forever, because power washing will take the stain off as well. I wish this was properly explained to me before I made a significant monetary investment, though I do distinctly remember my husband and I asking this Exact question before we signed the contract. Renukrete is a poor option, as it does not maintain its original appearance beyond a few weeks.

Everything was perfect with this super-professional team and their outstanding product. My only critique is that they were unable to provide color sample chips in advance of us choosing the color, and unfortunately, the photos did not work well for us in making a choice. We're not very happy with our color choice, and think that could have been prevented if we'd been able to see samples.

The concrete restoration crew was good , neat and diligent and delivered a quality job There was some friction when the company owner ask the crew if they could push my job and rush to complete it in 4 days when more time was needed to do it properly I had to be insistent it be done right The company owner wouldn’t speak with me on the matter They did come back for the 5th day And the job was done in the daytime when I could fully assess the work
