RentVillas.comReviews of rentvillas.com

Although this is my first experience using rent villas.com, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The property that we rented was accurately depicted on the website and the reviews of the property were on target. My liaison with the company was easy to reach and very helpful answering any and all questions I had in a timely manner. She also offered us valuable information about the property, its amenities, and the services available in the general vicinity of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rent Villas was great - we rented a wonderful Villa on the outskirts of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. Villa had amazing gardens/terraces and views. Lovely pool and outside kitchen. Villa well appointed with modern baths and kitchen. Tons of room (given we had only 4 people) Cook was amazing. Local agent very helpful. Children loved the Donkeys who tended out luggage. Path / steps outside the front gates led down to Amalfi and the sea (about 1,200 feet below!). Lovely, Lovely, Lovely. Note: We had a car (no driver) and used it. Rent Villas took care of all the arrangements - fulfilled every request.

We are a family of 5. We all had plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. The eat in kitchen had everything even a washer and dryer. The formal dining room and living rooms were perfect for playing cards and planning our next day adventures. We had breakfast and dinner in most days. There are fantastic gourmet take-out places in neighborhood. Easy to walk to train and also easy getting a cab on the corner. It was a high end apartment but comfortable for a family. We were there Christmas 2014 and it was spectacular. Easy to see all the sights.

RentVillas.com was perfect for what my friends and I wanted to do in Tuscany. 13 of us were traveling to Italy by 5 different routes and we wanted a place to spend a week together. We enjoyed the villa recommended by RentVillas, the owner was very nice, the rooms were great, the house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. The price for the week was about $450 per person. Good customer service.

The Villa -3 bedrooms -3 bathrooms, large kitchen with dinning room, comfortable living room -- washer and dryer Awesome!! We travel a lot and finding place that come close to the comfort of home, is not always to be found. THIS was the spot. Quite location over looking the Tuscany Countryside. 2 mile walk to town for pizza and about a 10 minute drive to groceries. RENT a car or small van, have some in the passenger seat running the GPS and off you go. Driving in the countryside was not a problem- need to pay attention but you get use to it very quickly Our hostess Elizabeth was helpful, friendly and available

In the process of selecting, then booking a Villa in Italy from RentVillas we received excellent service throughout the whole process. The description of the Villa that we rented turned out to be generally correct and the check-in and leave process was well organized. A few minor problems that we experienced with the Villa while we were there were quickly resolved. We would use the services of RentVillas again.

Rent villas was able to match the lowest price of a villa that was advertised on multiple websites. The associates there are extremely responsive and helpful and it gave me confidence that everything would work out. I was not disappointed. The villa in Positano exceeded my expectations.

This was our first time to rent a villa in the Tuscany region. We contacted Rent-A-Villa and spoke to Nicole, who is now a good friend. She took our needs and location and found the perfect place. Located 3 miles from Siena. Our GPS took us right to the gate of the villa which was locked but the property manager, Jesus, answered his phone and was there in 10 short minutes. The Villa del Cielo with Caminetto (with fireplace) was beautiful. It's actually a 1,400 year old chapel with attached quarters for religious priests and nuns. I can't tell you how beautiful the hillside view was from our villa. Each morning, the fog would lift and provide an incredible view of not only Siena but the Tuscany valley region. The bedrooms were spacious by Italian standards and very comfortable. The WiFi usually worked but the hot water heater couldn't keep up with the demand of six couples until the manager fixed it. the only real problem were the two electric gates allowing access to the property but we finally figured out how to make them work right, (again with the help of our manager). The combination of the chapel, two kitchens, seven bedrooms and five bathrooms were amazing. Plenty of room for all. The fireplace was located off one of the kitchens in a sitting area which became a perfect place for a glass of wine after walking through Siena all day. Two outside arbors were perfect for those of us enjoying a evening cigar with our wine and of course stories of our travels of the day. Weekly villa cleaning is required by the rental agreement which was 190 euros per week. The utilities were an additional 500+ euros per week which is understandable because the villa was only 727 euros per week. When that's divided by six couples, its still very reasonable. It was too cool to use the swimming pool but the grounds made for a very pleasant stroll each morning. On the winding road to the villa you'll pass a restaurant called Ristoranti Montebuccio. Please stop and have dinner there. It's less than 2 minutes from the villa and has a varied menu. We ate there 2-3 times a week when we didn't want to drive back into Siena. It's a family atmosphere with great food, local beers and wines. I apologize for this long review but we stayed here for three weeks and had a total of twelve couples come and go while we were there. So this review encompasses all of our thoughts. Ciao! Bill
