This property worked very well for 2-3 couples. These is both private space and common space. It was very well outfitted. Guilia was lovely. She even did a couple loads of wash for us. The location was perfect for day trips. We went to: Assisa, Orvieto, San Giminiano, Pisa, Livorno, Greve, Lucca, Siena, Cortona, and San Donato. There was a great restaurant right in San Donato, Restorante Palazzo Pretorio. We ate there twice and loved it both times. There is a coop very nearby which had everything you needed. Had a great day at Verrazano winery. Buy the expensive tour. It is worth it. Only problem with the property was not having good access to hot water.

We had a wonderful visit to Maison Amanda. The location was perfect- an easy walk to town and the local formagerie, boulangerie, cafes, 5 excellent restaurants, and Thurs Farmer’s Market. My children and 9 mos old Grand-Son enjoyed the pool and I loved reading and al fresco meals under the covered arbor. We took daily excursions to the many nearby medieval walled villages, bike ride to La Coste, kayaked on the Sorgue, vineyard/wine tastings, sunflower and lavender fields, farmer’s markets, and the highlight was a cooking class with family and friends with the lovely Giusppina at her B&B by the windmill.

I think the fact that you require final payment by check is absurd. Not only is this inconvenient to your customers but it makes for a stressful situation. I sent final payment by check and certified mail. The check arrived on a Saturday when your office crew either had already left or wouldn’t sign for the envelope. It went to your Ventura post office waiting for someone to come sign for it! Almost a month later, it was returned to me indicating no one would go to the post office to sign for it. Ridiculous process! In business, this kind of negative experience negates all the good experiences prior. Because the only thing I’ll remember is that!! I was stressed out when my villa planner, Barbara called and said no payment was received. This egative experience could have been completely avoided had your company just accepted a credit card for final payment!

Need more communication between client and servicing staff.

The villa (Greco in Priano) was excellent. Great location, great experience. Reserving was very easy. Checking in required quite a bit of cash and sounded more complex than it turned out to be. The representatives in Italy were friendly and made the process quite easy.

Rent Villas was great - we rented a wonderful Villa on the outskirts of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. Villa had amazing gardens/terraces and views. Lovely pool and outside kitchen. Villa well appointed with modern baths and kitchen. Tons of room (given we had only 4 people) Cook was amazing. Local agent very helpful. Children loved the Donkeys who tended out luggage. Path / steps outside the front gates led down to Amalfi and the sea (about 1,200 feet below!). Lovely, Lovely, Lovely. Note: We had a car (no driver) and used it. Rent Villas took care of all the arrangements - fulfilled every request.

This was our first time to rent a villa in the Tuscany region. We contacted Rent-A-Villa and spoke to Nicole, who is now a good friend. She took our needs and location and found the perfect place. Located 3 miles from Siena. Our GPS took us right to the gate of the villa which was locked but the property manager, Jesus, answered his phone and was there in 10 short minutes. The Villa del Cielo with Caminetto (with fireplace) was beautiful. It's actually a 1,400 year old chapel with attached quarters for religious priests and nuns. I can't tell you how beautiful the hillside view was from our villa. Each morning, the fog would lift and provide an incredible view of not only Siena but the Tuscany valley region. The bedrooms were spacious by Italian standards and very comfortable. The WiFi usually worked but the hot water heater couldn't keep up with the demand of six couples until the manager fixed it. the only real problem were the two electric gates allowing access to the property but we finally figured out how to make them work right, (again with the help of our manager). The combination of the chapel, two kitchens, seven bedrooms and five bathrooms were amazing. Plenty of room for all. The fireplace was located off one of the kitchens in a sitting area which became a perfect place for a glass of wine after walking through Siena all day. Two outside arbors were perfect for those of us enjoying a evening cigar with our wine and of course stories of our travels of the day. Weekly villa cleaning is required by the rental agreement which was 190 euros per week. The utilities were an additional 500+ euros per week which is understandable because the villa was only 727 euros per week. When that's divided by six couples, its still very reasonable. It was too cool to use the swimming pool but the grounds made for a very pleasant stroll each morning. On the winding road to the villa you'll pass a restaurant called Ristoranti Montebuccio. Please stop and have dinner there. It's less than 2 minutes from the villa and has a varied menu. We ate there 2-3 times a week when we didn't want to drive back into Siena. It's a family atmosphere with great food, local beers and wines. I apologize for this long review but we stayed here for three weeks and had a total of twelve couples come and go while we were there. So this review encompasses all of our thoughts. Ciao! Bill

They did a good job at finding us a villa and making the reservations. They had many options of things that could be arranged as well, all for a price. The service was professional and everything went smoothly.
