Their rental analysis helped providing me with information about the market rate. RentSavvy staff was really helpful with questions about how their process work. They found me a quality tenant who signed a lease and paid their first month's rent and deposit on time, so the whole process took only less than a month. Finally, I want to point out that they were a big help with creating a lease that worked for both parties and getting things signed was super easy. I'll definitely be using their services next time I need a tenant.

Great experience! I was nervous as this is my first rental house. Rudy walked me through the process and was always available to answer my questions. Site was easy to use and very detailed intake for the rental property and potential tenants. Listed on multiple sites and gives you a weekly rental break down! Took all the stress out of finding a tenant. They do the background check for you!! Will definitely use again
