RentSavvy is amazing!! I had to move away from town but didn’t want to sell my house so became a landlord suddenly. Management companies were so expensive so I decided to manage it myself. The most daunting part was getting it rented to a tenant I could trust (and not break Seattle’s many tenant laws while at it). Random maintenance requests I can handle. RentSavvy was the perfect partner to do this essential part of the process. They did a full pricing analysis and I talked with Patrick at length about what we should list for and where we should set our qualifications prior to posting the ads. Once posted, we had a ton of tour requests getting on the calendar right away. Since you need to pay a realtor after a certain amount of tours, customer service was in touch with me everyday to make sure I wanted to run a tour with a specific applicant or reschedule. A week in I had multiple applicants and they helped me get a (Seattle-compliant) lease together for the new tenants to e-sign and put down a deposit. It was such a professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend RentSavvy to anyone looking for expert help managing the most stressful and chaotic part of landlording.

I have always managed my own rentals but this year I needed some help. RentSavvy was flexible with me, since I had "my way" of doing things, which I appreciated. They got us good tenants, which is the result that matters. I would work with them again for sure.

Patrick handle all requests/ questions we may have had during the process in extremely fast manner and was very thorough in explaining everything to my wife and myself. After having the same tenant for many years, I used RentSavvy to fill a vacancy because I was too busy to do it myself, and we found a new tenant pretty quickly. I'm glad it included assistance with creating a lease and getting the lease signed. I'm also using them for rent collection which is going well thus far.

We had multiple check-ins with someone from their team, so we knew they were always paying attention to the progress of our listing and always had feedback for us to consider.
