My name is Geovinci Martinez, RN and I own a small but successful rental property business in South Texas. Recently we had to restructure our LLC in order to minimize liability. This meant modernizing from our previous pen and paper accounting  and Zelle payments to an online Rental System. The system was more simple to use than Quickbooks which as an old-schooler, i greatly appreciated. Mr. Colton walked me thru the process with ease. My tenants are also very pleased with their new payment portal and all its functions for invoices and record keeping.
