I have been trying to reset my password for 2 days now and I have not received ANYTHING in my email!!! I have also contacted them by email and received no link for a password reset. Also, I hate the fact that there is no number to reach someone when you need assistance. Who wants to correspond through email when you have to wait FOREVER to get a response.

Purchased a book on Saturday and did not receive a receipt via email until the day after my book arrive although it was suppose to arrive next day it took 52 hours to arrive. I feel they took advantage of me as I ordered next day service and it was almost 48 hours before it was shipped. Be forewarned!

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday) as stated on our shipping page. Your order shipped out on the first business day after ordering on Monday 06/01/2015 and arrived the next day on Tuesday 06/02/2015. I apologize for any confusion.

I ordered books because my financial aid wasn't accepted as yet. To my dismay, I ordered the books here on rent books because it was way cheaper than my bookstore at campus. I ordered it on Thursday and it shipped out on Friday. I paid for express which is 3 to 5 days and it has already passed 5 day and I still haven't received my books. I went ahead and bought the books because if I didn't have them by thursday I would be dropped from my class. I will be returning these books as soon as they come to my house. I no longer need them. For me to have paid express shipping and it not even be here was a waste of money..

The lack of a phone number, and lack or timely response on orders is terrible. They start your time for the book the moment your put in the order; although it could feasibly be processed until the next business day... so I am thinking if you place it Friday or Saturday night well after the store is closed your rental time starts then even though they won't ship it to you until the following business day. Not to mention that if you choose the typical mail system it'll at least be 7 business days before you get the material... rip off

Was delivered in a weak box in the rain. When I got home from work the paperback book was damaged. Pages were soaked, stuck together and torn. I would not recommend to anyone.
