I ordered my book on 10/24, paid for a 3-5 day expedited shipping and now it is 11/3, two weeks into class and I still have no book. They have no phone number to talk to a live person and I have complained via email with no response. Please stay away from this site and use reputable ones like Chegg, Knetbooks and Bookrenter.com, like I will from this point forward.

I rented a ebook/DVD. When I received the merchandise I could not install it because the access code printed in the back of the CD did not match and gave me and error at the time of installation. I contacted rentbooks.com via email because they did not have a listed phone number. I Its been more than 3 days and I have not heard back from them. The only solution now it would be return the item for a full refund. I guess their advertisement online should not be cheap books but cheap customer service...

I received a textbook rental and the book is in such horrible shape that my Professor had to lend me one of hers! The whole first chapter fell out of the binding, there are pages totally missing, and there are so many highlights and writing in it I couldn't keep my thoughts straight when trying to read it. I cannot believe that anyone would send out a book like that and have the nerve to charge for it on top of everything else.

Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with rentbooks.com. I am disappointed with the service. I can't believe the rental starts right when you order the books, not when your books are received like other rental companies. I am just baffled at how horrible my experience was. I did not receive my books on time. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

The book without cover .I did not expect that

The time frame to get your book back is horrible!!! One would expect books for school take approximate 2-4 business days. My book took 12 days to receive... That is absolutely horrible!!

I am disappointed with the condition of this book. In the description it reads "May include moderately worn cover, writing, markings or slight discoloration". The book I record is held together with a rubber band. I had to go thru each page as they were out of order, I now need to go and buy a binder to put the book in so that I can easily access certain pages when needed. This is not what I want to waste on time on!

I received the teachers edition. I contacted you guys through email about it and got no response. I bought the book using the ISBN # my teacher gave me for the student copy and when I received the book it was the teachers edition. Would like for you to send me the student edition so I can get the teachers off my hand. I have talked to my professor about it, and I believe he may have tried to contact you about it. Thank you.
