Absolutely sucks! Only one of my books came and I've been trying to get in contact with this company for a week about where the hell my other book is and I can't get a response from anyone. The tracking number says that it was sent but only one actually came. And they already took the money out of my account.

Rented a book from them and mistyped my shipping address. I've been trying to get ahold of the company to figure out how to rectify this situation and not only do they not have a phone number to reach them at, they don't respond to the emails I've sent and one of the emails posted doesn't work. Very frustrated as I need my book to complete school work.

I usually don't have a problem with RentBooks, but this time they sent me the wrong book! After I emailed them, they have failed to respond to my email!!

Book came in awful condition. The cover is torn apart and the entire book is in poor condition.

They don't have a phone number, they won't respond to emails, and they use media mail to so their books back. I've been waiting for my book to get processed for a month! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don't use or you'll end up being charged full price for a book you sent back ages ago!

I ordered two textbooks for this past semester. They arrived on time, however it wasn't even a solid textbook like I was expecting. I received each book as a bunch of pages rubber banded together so I needed to also buy a binder big enough to hold these two books inside. When I went to return the books, the label they provided wasn't usable so my post office had to provide me with a new one. I keep getting emails about the book being due and not a single one about them at least knowing the book has been shipped out which was on December 16th. There isn't even a phone number to contact a live representative and when I emailed them I got no reply. Now I'm worried I'm going to be charged their late fee. I will not be using this site again.

I rented a book this semester and I received it in no time. Now that is time to return it, the website does not have any printing label like it should. I emailed about 5 times already for the past two weeks and they haven't even responded. It is extremely frustrating because they are probably going to charge me for going over the due date. I will never use this site again. Don't risk it, use Amazon instead. They have real customer service and a phone number to contact. Extremely disappointed
