This book was un-assembled. They were loose pages literally rubber banded together. I hope they are all in order. Binding it this way caused many of the pages to be ripped on the edges and crumpled. It would be a lot better if there was s ring around the pages or if it was placed in a binder.

Pricing was good, I ordered 3 books, but 1 was incorrect, they corrected very fast, but I needed the book ASAP, so I had to buy one. If you order, give yourself couple of weeks for delivery and possible solutions.

I rented two books for a class. They were ordered on a Thursday and I didn't receive them until the following Thursday. Coming from distribution center background I am very familiar w/shipping of product. I was surprised because of how long it took to get my books, especially when I only rented them for 60 days and 8 days passed before I got them in my hands. I feel the clock should not count down until they are received by the customer.

I am very happy of the shape my books came in but I was not happy that they just left them on my doorstep. I live in an apartment and anyone could have just taken them. I requested it be left at the leasing office and it was not.

Overall a good experience with one exception, I paid for 3 day shipping and did not recieve my book for 10 days.

I'm late with school work because of a book I have yet to receive. Please send the book. Thanks

I was attempting to rent my Son a book and could not get my credit card to go through because the expiration date was at the end of the month in which the book was due back. I attempted to call, but couldn't get through to anyone without a direct extension number. I faxed a request to them asking them to please call me. I provided my cell number. No one ever called. I then chatted with a Customer Service Rep named Rachel. She was not very helpful at all. It seems everyone you talk to has a different interpretation of their policy. Rachel gave me one answer, then I went to the FAQ section and found, yet, a different answer. Finally, when my Son returned home on a school break, he had a credit card that didn't expire until 2016, so I was able to rent the book. I think they would do alot better if they would allow Customer Service via a "phone line".

It took 10 days for our rental text book to arrive. I was a little surprised by this since books we rented from other places came in 3 or 4 days. When I went back and checked it does say standard shipping is 7-10 days or I could have paid extra for expedited shipping. Also the book came without the needed code to access the online information and resources he needed so we ended up paying an additional $40 online to get that access.
