If you received this item in used condition, please send an email to us at [email protected], so that we can look into this issue. If you’re referring to one of the rental books, rental books are only guaranteed to be in good used condition. It is possible for a new rental to go out, however, we do not allow for new or used preference with rental items. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
