Thank you for your review. Our records show that 'Expedited' shipping was selected for this order. This shipping option takes 3-5 business days to deliver. The order shipped on 09/26/2015 via Priority USPS on 09/30/2015 which was within the 3-5 business day estimate. I apologize for any confusion.

Thank you for your review. Per our rental FAQs, supplemental items may or may not be included with rentals. If a CD or Access code is included, you’re welcome to use it, although we are unable to guarantee these supplements will be included. You’re welcome to return the rental back for a full refund if it does not meet your needs.

Hello and thank you for your review. Your order was shipped on Friday 09/04/2015 and arrived on Monday 09/14/2015. The order was delivered on the 5th business day, as Monday 09/07/2015 was a federal holiday. Although the order did deliver on time, I have issued a refund for the shipping charge.

Our records show that your order shipped on 08/20/2015 and was delivered on 08/27/2015, which was within the delivery estimate.
