Had a great experience with this company
The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!

I ordered the air bags to raise the back my house where it had sank. The delivery date came and went and came and went. I called and they searched for why my Pavlina had not arrived and called me back FedEx had list the package. Hunter right away got another one on its way to me. In the mean time FedEx find the package and I lifted my house. Hunter canceled the second shipment. It was an over all pleasant experience working with them. The air bags worked just fine and well as far as w walking in my house now. Did a little stumbling not used to level yet. LOL
