Thoroughly enjoy learning from The Rental Boyz! I learned about The Ultimate Checklist from the YouTube channel. Xavier and Eddie poured years worth of insight and information into the Ultimate Checklist, and it's so helpful to have a place to turn when a random question or unusual situation pops up. There is a ton of value jammed packed into the Checklist and the Youtube channel - highly recommend for anyone considering getting started in the business or trying to grow the business.

They gave us a lot of useful information on our growing pains during our consultation call. The call was supposed to be 1 our long and they spent over 3 hours with us trying share as much of their knowledge as they could. It’s also very impressive how much FREE content they put out that has definitely helped us.

Really appreciated the concise information included in the Ultimate Checklist. I knew a lot of what was there, but I definitely picked up a few new things.

I watch their youtube videos and follow their checklist. As a rental operator in California just starting out they have been a big help to me. These guys are an inspiration and I hope 1 day to be able to hop on a call with them to learn.
