Tramite questo broker ho noleggiato da Surprice-Lisbona un van per due settimane in Portogallo. Ho avuto un guasto, ho chiamato sia Surprice che Rental24H e nessuno dei due mi ha mai risposto. Il guasto era dovuto ad un malfunzionamento della spia dell'AdBlue e ho potuto comunque terminare il viaggio e rendere l'auto. Non mi hanno comunque mai richiamato per assistenza. Un guidatore più timoroso potrebbe ancora essere in autostrada ad aspettarli...

This is the follow up on below review; CarTrawler got back to us after 4 months and returned %50 of the booking fee. ----- This is a shell company that directs sales to CarTrawler in the UK, both real scammers... We had a car booked 2 months in advance for 8 days in Italy through these guys, and paid £450 including insurance upfront. The car hire company did not give us the car when we showed up so we requested a refund which was directed to CarTrawler (CarTrawler Customer Care: Ref: 01075724, IT539197430). The process was supposed to take 20 working days, its now more than 2 months with no result, and no answer from either of the companies!
