Scammers - Avoid!
Booked and paid in advance for a Land Rover Discovery (or car of similar class) for 5 days rental with Hertz via rental24H. On arrival this was not available and a compact car was provided by Hertz - which should cost around half the cost. Requested refund of difference from Rental24H, no refund or response to repeated contact. Do yourself a favour and book direct with the vehicle provider rather than third party scammers like these!

We recommend you to choose the “Guaranteed car model” option during your booking, otherwise your car rental company guarantees you only the same car group of the vehicle. Note that a rental company makes a class upgrade for free, but you still have to pay an additional sum for an obligatory insurance. Also remember about extra fees that are indicated in the rental conditions of the chosen provider or in your confirmation voucher. Such options as additional equipment or services are paid on top of the sum. If there are any specific local mandatory fees (not extra) you’ll be informed about them during the booking process. Next time make sure to review the Deposit and Fees section of your rental agency for the particular deal before paying for it.
