If there could be a lower score, we would give it. We have an unusual situation with a window where one of the parts broken while cleaning. We called Anderson, and got nothing but the “run around.” To make a long story short,they would not listen to our questions despite our sending them proof of having been a customer.

The representative was very polite and answered all my questions, however, they wanted to charge me $406.00 a month for 120 months which I found to not only over priced, but was more like robbery. After all they are replacing windows, windows should never be that expensive. Just another way to rip off people.

Constant spam made me look them up. Go to better business bureau and read all the terrible complaints about them. No one recommends them and even window company reviewers call the pricing “tricky”. Constant spam is a clue that they are desperate and prey on the clueless.

Spent a considerable amount of money getting doors and windows replaced. Subsequently a door handle broke. Have been waiting 6 months for a resolution. Wrong parts/undelivered parts/technicians with the right parts unable to complete the repair and causing actual damage to the door. Still unresolved. Very disappointing and no sense of urgency to fix. Do not recommend

Windows installed years ago, and have still not finished the job - they still need to install the window trim. Years of unanswered calls, unanswered emails, phone numbers that are unattended, technicians arriving and then promptly leaving because they "forgot the tools, equipment and parts". To this day, they have not finished the job and have left all of the communication unanswered. At this point, I wish they'd leave the window trim at my front door so I could install it myself.

Keep emailing me. I’ve never even heard of them let alone signed up to receive direct marketing. Despite being told time and time again to stop, they keep emailing me.
