Apperently renewal by andersen instructs their salesmen to lie to the public. i had a representative of andersen come to my house and informed me that my windows were warped. My windows are new and less than a year old. I visibly inspected my windows for any damage and do not see any warping.

I bought these windows from home depot and they suck!
I bought these windows from home depot in 2020. They gave me a home depot credit card. I financed through my bank at a lower interest rate and paid the card off before the windows were here. The rep was a good guy, a little pushy about the lifetime warranty. I chose the one that couldn't be transferred to the next owner, which was very expensive, but for just my lifetime that was a little less expensive. Everything totaled over $7,000 for 13 windows and warranty. Less than a year later i encountered that when i unlock 2 of the windows the top sash window drops down. You need to use both hands to close them i have to push the the top pane up, while slamming down hard on the bottom window and i still need another person to lock the window and thats even difficult. Another window that i've never opened has a "fog". Another problem is the screens have gaps around its perimeter and the gaps were letting in the flies. I go bonkers with flies in the house. I stalk them with a fly swatter. There's 30-40 flies swarming daily on the inside of the windows trying to get out. on all of the front and back windows in the warm and cool weather. I stopped opening the windows and ran up my electric bill with the central A/C and still the same swarm was coming in. I had an exterminator show up and he couldn't find out where they were coming from. This is gonna sound crazy...One morning i stood in front of the diningroom window and watched flies, large and small, LITTERLY crawl past the white sweepers that "seals" the top and bottom sash's of the windows. This has been a problem since they were new. I even am hesitating to put this in my testimonial because i couldn't believe it myself. But it can be seen with my own eyes. Today, we had a 60 degree day in mid october. With that temperature, I had all the windows shut and i killed 11 flies today. This is the same problem that i called the company about years ago when i first discovered it. And my next complaint, Obviously, if the bugs can get by these brushes so does the wind. I live in upstate NY and winters are cold and snowy. The first winter we had them it was easy to tell with a warm house that the cold breeze is very noticeable and i could feel it on my face standing in front of the windows. My winter energy bill went from$180./ up to $230+ add another $100 if the month is windy. I had my neighbor who installs windows and he said the installer never caulked around the windows. So they got their money and to try to file a complaint and use your "lifetime warranty" is futile. I got transferred to different people and given several numbers to call for my complaint. No one could take my call my patience ran out and i gave up and hung up. The only recourse i have is finding this forum. I hope everyone takes in consideration to this when buying these "renewal" windows. Don't spend your money on buying their lifetime warranty, would be better spending it on fly swatters. Also, you will have to decorate your beautiful home with gross looking flies stuck to fly paper strips. I'm glad winter is coming so that the bugs will be gone. Now just affording my heat bill and applying for public assistance to help me manage my heating bill !!!

Premium Prices, Budget-Level Workmanship and Customer Service
TL;DR: My experience was plagued by poor workmanship, repeated callbacks, communication failures, and financing mistakes. After nearly a year, issues are still unresolved.
I chose Renewal by Andersen after hearing positive things about the brand and receiving a recommendation from neighbors who had used them. My experience with the sales team was excellent, but unfortunately, everything after signing the contract went downhill.
The project cost over $112,000 to replace all of my home's windows, so I opted to replace only half. At this price point, I expected exceptional craftsmanship. Instead, I experienced problems from the very beginning.
The installation took place in February. Immediately after the windows were installed, I could both see and feel cold air entering around several of them. The installers insisted everything was fine, but I had to request that the project manager come inspect the work before they agreed to address it. Once they made their "repairs," they quickly installed the interior trim, making it impossible to verify whether the sealing issues had actually been corrected. Today, thermal imaging still shows significant hot and cold spots around many of the window frames.
The workmanship throughout the project was disappointing. My back door no longer locked properly after installation. The custom interior trim was poorly executed, with mismatched joints that should have been coped rather than pieced together. The finish work simply doesn't reflect the level of craftsmanship I expected from a premium contractor.
The painting was equally disappointing. The trim wasn't properly sanded before painting, leaving a rough finish. Paint runs were left on the windowsills, sections of trim were left unfinished, mismatched caulk was used, and a piece of paint-grade lumber was installed in a location where it was inappropriate. The result is a repair that looks out of place and, according to the installers, cannot be corrected without replacing the trim entirely.
Perhaps most frustrating is that nearly eight months later, the company is still sending technicians back to address problems that should have been resolved during the initial installation. Even worse, they repeatedly sent the same individuals back to fix issues they had originally created instead of assigning more experienced personnel.
The administrative side of the project was just as frustrating. Despite my contacting the company before my financing deadline, they failed to submit the paperwork to the financing company in time. I was assured this wouldn't be an issue and that the remaining balance could simply be added later. That turned out to be incorrect. Instead, I now have to secure a second loan for the same project at significantly higher interest rates because market rates increased while they failed to process the financing.
Throughout the project, I dealt with constant staff turnover, inconsistent communication, and a lack of ownership when problems arose. Taken together, it gave the impression of an organization struggling to retain skilled tradespeople and experienced administrative staff.
I understand that construction projects sometimes encounter unexpected issues. What separates a good company from a bad one is how those issues are handled. In my experience, Renewal by Andersen consistently failed to deliver the level of workmanship, project management, and customer service that their premium pricing promises.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I received a flyer in the mail by Renewal by Anderson of Greater Philadelphia. The BOGO 50% off. I called the number and got hung up on, I tried 2 times with the on-line chat and they couldn't help me and told me to call an 866#. I called the number and gave all my information again, only to be told that she'll give me another # for my area, and that was for the Greater Philadelphia area. I said forget it and hung up.

Renewal by Andersen representive did not show up for our appointment. Received reminders from them and they don’t show. Wasted 3 hours waiting for them. No text, phone call or email saying they were not coming. I called to see where they were and was told they couldn’t do doors and shelved my evaluation. I called and made appointment for window replacements. There inter communication must lack follow through. Would not trust the Oklahoma City office at all.

Don't believe what they tell you
They are liars and crooks. $6,500 per window. One of their Senior Design Consultants came to my home and insisted that hurricane-proof, steel-reinforced windows were required for my entire house, because he "can see salt water from some of my windows." He said it was "code." I later confirmed that it is not code: he lied. The appointment that they told me to allow 60-90 minutes took 160 minutes, mostly because he talked so much about his vast experience in COMMERCIAL windows. (My house is residential). Then he quoted me $188,000.00 for 29 windows (avg. $6,500 each) Then he pushed the high-pressure sales pitch: He could discount the $188k down to $129k, but only if I signed the contract within 24 hours. When I hesitated and told him that another company was coming to give me an estimate, he spent 10 MORE minutes unethically slandering them ("their previous owner bankrupted them, we will never hire anyone who has ever worked for them, their warranty is junk", etc) The last thing he did was ask me to give him a 10-out-of-10-star review. I would never consider hiring them for any project.

Buyer beware with this company
Buyer beware with this company. They operate through franchisees and when one of their companies disappears with your large deposit ($6k in my case), Andersen says don’t talk to us about it.
