I was actually impressed with the entire Renewal by Andersen process start to finish. I think some branches operate differently from others, but everyone from sales rep to installation crew cared about the project.

We purchased a new front door from Andersen and although it is expensive, the quality of the door and the attention to detail provided by the Installers and Technicians is great. Jose L., a Service Technician, was here today to sort out 2 issues we had with the door: 1, it was not closing really tight and 2. (minor issue) in that the inside door knob did not lie straight. Jose sorted out both problems quickly to our complete satisfaction. He replaced the plates for the locks and adjusted the plates so that the door now closes tight. Jose was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got to work quickly and efficiently.

Josh G and Andrew G were very professional from start to finish. As Far as the product A-1 quality. It does take some time to get the product but well worth waiting for!

This 5-star review is for Mr. James French only. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. James French, “Experienced Manager” from Renewal by Andersen’s Tampa Office, who arrived at my home June 25, 2025, to complete the final write-off of two ornamental hurricane windows that dragged out over a year trying to complete the scroll framework that was either manufactured incorrectly, missing parts or both. Mr. French listened to my stressful experience with heartfelt concern and sympathy. I related that I, a senior woman of 81 years of age, with serious health issues, living alone, had to repeatedly move large wall hangings and heavy furniture back-and-forth multiple times for months that stretched into over a year, to provide easy access to windows for scheduled installations that were either cancelled for lack of materials or unable to be installed due to incorrect manufactured sizes, missing parts, lost, etc., causing me prolonged physical and mental distress. I explained that the first crew, unbeknown to me, tore my expensive ornamental customed-made polyester honeycomb sunblocked shade when removing to install the large arched hurricane window, and that I was given as compensation, after much resistance, $200.00 for a shade that cost over $700.00. Mr. French genuinely apologized for my negative experience and assured me that he would do everything possible to help me be fully compensated to purchase a new shade. True to his word, he called me the next morning with the good news: full compensation was approved. Renewal by Andersen Tampa Office is extremely fortunate to have Mr. James French as their liaison representative between Company and Customer, bringing immeasurable value to both. Great sales representative Dylan, great installation team who measured, and installed. All together of the three companies I called in Pella, Magic Windows and Renewal by Anderson, I have no regrets! Renewal fit all my requirements! An amazing job and all around a great experience and product. I have been in the sales for many years and Dylan was great! The installation superb! At the end of the day you get what you pay for! Windows are a major life long investment. Be realistic about your budget. Thank you Renewal!

FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE INSTALLERS IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. THE SALESMAN WAS NOT PUSHY AND VERY VERY NICE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME AND CLEANED UP VERY GOOD. THE PRICE IS HIGH BUT THE WINDOWS ARE FIRST RATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANDERSON WINDOWS TO ANYONE.

Everything went great right from the start with the estimate and the emails regarding the time and date for the install which was just as it was explained to us and the day of the install the 2 installers Brad and his helper arrived just on time and got right to work on removing the old door which I had installed myself and it was an old Andersen . They commented on how Good of a job I did installing it there was no leaks or rot in the sill or around the frame . Things went great after that and the installation went very well. They were both two plesant young men and we had good conversations with them as things progressed. After everything was installed they proceeded to clean up the area and take away all the demoed pieces and left the place very clean.. We were very appreciative and commented that they did an excellent job from start to the clean up ..
