I had 15 windows and 1 patio door replaced 5 months ago first I have to say that their installation crew were great. But I noticed the door was not the correct color and looked to peeling and there was white underneath. I called and called till I had a project manager come out and take pictures it has taken me till April to have them bring a new patio door out to replace and when they arrived and started to install I noticed a deep scratch on the door I informed the installer, who in turn checked the rest of door which there were more parts damaged. So maybe third time is a charm when they replace it again. Very disappointed. Would not recommend Renewal by Anderson to anybody. As I stated installers were great.

Be careful when you finance thru renewal by Anderson and GreenSky finance . Horrible com

This is in response to my initial review of 1 star. I have been contacted by the president of Renewals by Anderson. We had a good discussion, and all indications are they will make my issue right. When that happens I will write an additional review

Heath was great. Nice and informative and well mannered, good salesperson too, but the prices are absolutely NEUROTIC. I mean 3x what I researched for an acceptable price. 10 grand for 2 doors? Renewal installed a sliding door that constantly sticks and gets off its groove. We’ve asked for help aligning the door to fix the problem but have heard nothing back. Update: Renewal by Andersen sent someone out to fix the door. The person was very helpful in quickly identifying the problem and working to fix it. We're hoping that this time the fix will last.
