This company has an impressive selection of some very nice motorcycle accessories. Their website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. However, they employ a pricing policy that highly deceptive, and frankly dishonest. Upon signing up, they offer a special "discount off" percentage on the first order (if you agree to email and text ads), and their emails will often offer discounts, or sales with percentages off. Yet, when you attempt to apply these codes at checkout, you get a "Code cannot be used" error. In email response from them, they say discounts cannot be used on items with sale prices. However, most items I looked at, (helmets, gloves) were all showing a "discounted" price. So far, those discounted prices seem to be the regular price, as they've not changed in two months. If they list an item at 10% discounted price, you cannot use an offered 20%, 45%, etc. code, making the advertised "discount" code completely useless. Also, at checkout, there's a charge you can opt in for to allow for free returns and "package protection," in case there's a problem with an item, or it's lost or damaged during shipping. WHAT..?? I'd need to PAY to have them honor their return policy... And lastly, they claim to offer high-end merchandise, at reasonable prices. Some items are just that, but others... A tee shirt, or tank top, with varied printed sayings, are priced at $49.99..! For a shirt mass printed for just a few dollars, not very "reasonable." UPDATE: After getting their reply, I'd like to address the included explanations for discount codes, which is deceptive. Discounts don't apply yi any items on sale, but in many areas (ie. helmets, gloves, and many jackets) nearly ALL items have a "sale" price. So, though the discount offer says it applies to "all" vests, jackets, etc., it does not, because anything worth using it on will have a slight "sale" price already. THAT is exactly what I deem as "deceptive. Also, I did state that some items are high-end, at reasonable prices. However, that doesn't mean some items, like a $50 tee-shirt, is" reasonable."

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We appreciate the positive comments about our selection and website, and we also want to address the concerns you raised. Regarding promotional codes, our discounts can have specific exclusions. In particular, additional promo codes may not apply to products that are already marked down or included in a sale. The purpose is to prevent multiple promotions from being applied to the same item. We understand, though, that seeing a percentage-off offer and then finding that a particular item is excluded can be frustrating, which is why we provide the applicable terms with our promotions. Our current sale pricing is also displayed directly on the product and sale pages. For example, our sale offers can include selected jackets, vests, helmets, gloves, and accessories, with the actual markdown varying by item. Sale pricing and promotional-code eligibility are separate offers. Regarding returns, the optional Package Protection is not a fee required to use our standard return policy. It is an additional protection option intended to cover issues such as damage, loss, or theft during delivery. Our standard return policy remains separate from that optional protection. As for pricing, we understand that the value of a product is subjective. Our catalog covers everything from motorcycle jackets, vests and chaps to helmets, gloves, boots and accessories, with pricing varying according to the product, materials, construction, brand, and intended use. We certainly understand that not every price or promotion will work for every rider. We appreciate you pointing out where our offers and pricing could be communicated more clearly, and we’ll take that feedback seriously.
