Your Empowerment LLCReviews of renatomontanes.com

I have weekly coachings with Renato for 3 years by now. His help was key in my journey to make it to my dream job. I started as an pure amateur and now I lead an international high performance Team. That requires a lot of skills and Renato taught me so much in that regard. Also outside my job he helped me with a lot of my personal problems making me a happier person all around. I cannot recommend him high enough, thank you for everything Renato

Renato's training sessions allowed me to notice not only physical but also mental changes. I am now more able to be present and to handle challenging situations using the techniques and practices he has taught me.

When you work with Renato you learn a lot about your own behavior, your own way of thinking and your emotions. Renato masters his work perfectly. I was able to experience great progress in personal development and inner satisfaction! Thx Renato!

Working with Renato taught me how to listen to my emotions and how to deal them in a more healthy way! It was definitely a crucial point of my personal development🙏

gratitude Renato's presence, his ability to listen and understand, to analyze and accompany is very strong. It helped me gain clarity of the dynamics I encountered in my behaviour and in my relationships. I gained security and trust in God through life giving me situations to grow and to overcome difficult situations. Our session took place online and I never thought that it has such a deep impact on my being. Therefore I highly recommend his work, especially if someone is in real difficulty and I feel deep gratitude for our way together. regards, Severin

Renato always had the best question to ask. His guidance was effective and it helped me face life with the knowledge and understanding that I have the tools within me to do so. I was more than happy with the program and I would recommend it to anyone who is facing a difficult time and feels that he/ she needs a helping hand.

A genius in connecting  the essences of different aspects of Life in a whole at a holistic level. I am very grateful for the coaching experience with Renato. He gave me lots of different tools & perspectives (a good mix of theoretical & practical). Helped me shape & create new healthy habits. Challenged my way of thinking, pushed me in a gentle way & listened respectfully with a lot of understanding & compassion at the same time. Overall he supported & helped me over months in a time of my life that was very challenging in private & business - both at the same time. Where lots of  major changes were happening,  & where I was in need of professional guidance through this difficult transformation, to fully embrace the unknown. Thanks so much Renato!!!
