Your Empowerment LLCReviews of renatomontanes.com

Renato has the ability to really get to the core of things. Sometimes challenging but always helpful and loving, he empowers you to look at things with courage and honesty. He will light your inner fire and help you achieve your goals with helpful tools and practices. Thank you!

So, let me tell you about my experience with Renato. Honestly, it was a bit like stumbling into a hidden gem. I was carrying around all these fears that I didn't even realize were holding me back until Renato helped me shine a light on them. What's so great about Renato is that he's not your typical coach. He's more like that guide who can make you laugh even when you're knee-deep in your own mess. He's got this knack for taking heavy stuff and turning it into something you can actually talk about without feeling like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, trusting someone with your deepest fears? That's some scary stuff. But Renato? He just has this way about him that makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend. He's real, you know? No fancy jargon or sales pitches, just a genuine guy who genuinely cares. Thousand time THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Renato is an extraordinary personality! I had few sessions with Renato and starting from the first conversation he was able to recognise my emotions immediately same as go deep to the root cause. I would not say it was comfortable to tap in into complex childhood emotions, but I felt so free and empowered after the session! With Renato, I experienced very gentle space holding. I have learned a lot of tools I can use after the sessions. Renato is very committed to his clients and I felt supported in between our sessions too. I would strongly recommend Renato if you are dealing with complex emotions, feelings stuck or lost in life.

I met Renato abroad and stepped into his program. I found a deep sense of understanding and connection and Renato provided me with many tools and practises I use on daily basis. Thank you and recommending!

I started working with Renato in 2020 to improve my fitness and strength for climbing and ultrarunning. I thought I had a lot of work to do in that department, but underestimated how much work my mind needed! I worked with him in person and online, and would recommend both. Renato completely transformed my mindset, extending far beyond my original goal to just improving in sports. He challenged me to look critically at all areas of my life and realign my priorities to what I wanted, not what I thought I wanted. His coaching was truly life changing!

Renato is a very good listener & has a lot of experience, which he is more than happy to share in good and also ore challenging times He has helped me in many situations and will go the extra mile whenever possible.

Ich kenne Renato von Retreats, Coachings oder auch dem Mind Science Pub. Er hat mich körperlich UND geistig in meinem Leben auf das nächste Level gebracht. Sein Coaching vereint Körper und Geist für mich in perfekter Weise!

I know Renato from his time at the gym where he did functional training sessions, outdoor workouts and other special classes. I so much enjoyed his training as Renato is one of the most motivating and inspiring instructors I ever had. He pushed me to my limits and I always felt much better after his classes due to his positive energy. He doesn't only focus on physical exercise but also mindset/psychological aspects that made his trainings very special. I am 100% sure he is a great coach as well, so I can highly recommend him
