He seemed very knowledgeable
He seemed very knowledgeable , and courteous.. The only down side was that he had and Indian accent. Through no fault of his own I was scammed by a group of Indians from India earlier this year, I am looking forward to the once a month check ins for my payment.

Tech Support while adding new software
The tech support called me as requested the next day to assist with my questions about updating drivers. It turns out that our building internet is having problems, and our connection was lost multiple times. The tech and I agreed that I would alert our building IT about the issue, and try to get the connection problem resolved. Then if I still needed help, I would contact iolo Tech Support again. The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.

The gentleman that helped me
