Great response from the tech support group
Great response from the support group. Great followup due to our call being dropped. I have owned System Mechanic for over 10 years and have been very happy with the performance of the software. Their USTechSupport division performs just as well.

Tech was patient, skilled and easy to work with. What a comfort to be able to call US Tech to solve my computer problem. PS - the cost of the service is a great value, a bargain.
