The overall recruitment process was smooth and well-structured. However, the initial interview could be improved in two areas: Communication Clarity: The recruiter's vocalization was occasionally difficult to understand, requiring me to ask him to repeat himself several times. Question Context: A question regarding my resume was asked out of context. This lack of context created confusion and impacted the clarity of my initial response. Providing clearer framing for resume-specific questions would significantly improve candidate experience and response accuracy.
