The overall recruitment process was smooth and well-structured. However, the initial interview could be improved in two areas:
Communication Clarity: The recruiter's vocalization was occasionally difficult to understand, requiring me to ask him to repeat himself several times.
Question Context: A question regarding my resume was asked out of context. This lack of context created confusion and impacted the clarity of my initial response.
Providing clearer framing for resume-specific questions would significantly improve candidate experience and response accuracy.

The whole path was perfect
The interview was perfect, felt comfortable and felt that the path to the position was well aboard. The answer although it was that I didn’t got the job, was personal and at the same time gave me another option of another work which felt perfect for my position.

REMOTIVATE (RemotivateJobs.com) is a SCAM run by crooks!
Remotivate (RemotivateJobs.com / LetsRemotivate.com) is a scam run by crooks. Do not trust them. They get candidates to submit videos (to talk about their strengths and weaknesses, two likes and dislikes about their current or previous job, and why they believe they are a great fit for the position they are applying for), promise to get back to them within 48 hours with an update regarding their applications, but they never do. Even after you follow up with them several times, they completely ignore you. They do not even have a Google Business Profile as they do not want people to leave reviews about them on Google. Run away from this company. It's a scam.
Response from RemotivateJobsSep 4, 2026
We strongly reject the claim that Remotivate is a scam. We are a legitimate recruitment platform, and short video responses are a standard part of our screening process, helping us assess candidates consistently against each role’s requirements. While we aim to communicate application updates promptly, timelines can vary depending on application volumes and client decisions. We regret any communication delay, but not progressing to an interview does not make the recruitment process fraudulent.

🚫 Caution
🚫 Caution: My Experience with Remotivate 🚫
I hired Remotivate for staffing / hiring as this agency came recommended in mds. to fill a Catalog Manager role. $6000 Paid upfront with a money back guarantee if they cannot find someone. Their contract guaranteed a refund if no candidate was hired within 6 weeks and feedback was provided — both of which we upheld.
Despite 3 months of communication and detailed feedback, no hire was made. When we requested a refund Anna Shcherbyna the owner refused and does not take any accountability. No results. No accountability. Now pursuing a chargeback. Would seriously not consider Remotivate.
Just my experience FYI

Eric, we strongly disagree with this account, as it omits important facts about our engagement.
Your company engaged Remotivate for two searches. The first resulted in the successful hire of a E-commerce Operations Manager.
For the second search, concerning a Catalog Manager, our agreement specified an expected recruitment period of approximately four to six weeks. Around three weeks into the search, and before the agreed recruitment process had been completed, you decided to end the engagement, begin searching independently despite the exclusivity provision in our agreement, and request a refund.
As the engagement was ended by the client before the agreed recruitment period had elapsed, we explained that the request did not meet the conditions for a refund under our agreement.
You subsequently initiated payment disputes through American Express. Importantly, those disputes were not limited to the unfinished Catalog Manager search; a payment connected with the earlier engagement, in which Remotivate had successfully filled the E-commerce Operations Manager position, was also disputed.
For this reason, we believe the statement that Remotivate simply took payment, failed to deliver results for three months, and refused accountability gives a materially inaccurate picture of what occurred.
We stand behind our work and our contractual commitments, including our refund and replacement guarantees when their applicable conditions are met. We also believe those commitments need to apply fairly to both parties.
We are happy to provide Trustpilot with the relevant contracts, recruitment records, placement documentation, correspondence, and payment-dispute records necessary to substantiate the above.
