Giral made my experience great! He was an amazing community leader that traveled with us for the year. He made everything so fun and truly cared about our group!

Mexico City was a blast with Omar and Giral. We did all the cool fun stuff but my favorite was the hot air balloons! What a magical experience among friends. I highly recommend coming here and exploring the best food, culture, and community Remote Year had to offer!

My month in Chiang Mai exceeded all expectations. It’s by far one of the best cities I’ve traveled to with Remote Year and can’t wait to go back. The City Manager Miao created SO many fun activities to truly integrate into the culture and was such a fun month!! Go to Chiang Mai now!!

I heard of Remote Year for about 2 years before joining and I finally made the decision to move forward. I chose Lisbon as I have never been, but I heard nothing but positive experiences from friends and family that have visited previously. Even with that being the case, I chose to come here with no expectations. From the minute I landed, I have had nothing but an amazing experience. The Remote Year team grabbed me from the airport and took me straight to my beautiful accommodation. Between the organized events, gorgeous beaches/weather, amazing food, nightlife, warm locals and potentially above all the RY Team here in Lisbon - I could not have even imaged having this type of experience. I could not recommend this experience highly enough for anyone looking to come to Europe! 5/5 starts no questions asked!!
