First Time working with Remote Latinos and 1st impression was, wow they are fast and well-organized work with great clients. I've worked with other agencies before, but they are by far one of the best I've work with efficient and get you connect to the right client fast so you can get down to doing what you're good at.

I trusted Remote Latinos. However, when things went wrong with the client, I realized quickly that candidates are not the priority here. The offer was communicated via WhatsApp with no signed contract and no candidate protection policy. The onboarding call their own welcome email promised never happened. When the client expanded the scope of my role weekly, sent messages outside contracted hours, and ultimately withheld payment for work that was fully delivered and documented, I brought everything to Remote Latinos with evidence. They acknowledged the issues. They said they mediated. And then they closed the case in the client's favor with no accountability for the time and work invested. If you're a candidate considering a placement through this agency, ask them one question before you accept: what happens if the client doesn't pay me? Get the answer in writing. Because when it counts, their loyalty is with the client.

I lost my job and I needed a job quickly I remembered how swift and urgent Remote Latinos operate having gotten an offer from them in the past that I declined because I had gotten another opportunity but their impeccable service stuck with me and I contacted them this time round and in less than a week I was connected to a client that was a great fit to work with and I'll be starting a new job 10 days after losing my job.
