I was referred to Remote Latinos from a mastermind group I'm in and I'm over the moon with my experience. I worked with Johan to see if RL was a fit for our needs. He hooked us up with Matt, a killer hiring consultant. He allowed me to word-vomit all of our needs in sales and pulled things together to find us high-quality candidates with excellent English proficiency. We interviewed for two rounds to find a Sell By Chat Sales Rep (the true future of selling) and found Aarom. Even day one our hire from RL was a hit. I remember thinking "so this is what it feels like as a manager to have support." Never going back. We'll hire with RL again. 5/5 stars.
