Remote Books OnlineReviews of remotebooksonline.com

Remote Books Online has been very good for my business. They have made it easy by downloading statements, entering data, reconciling accounts and sending reports. They are priced well and have good communication. You are assigned to an accountant so that you know exactly who to call with questions. I would highly recommend their service.

Great service, profesional team

LOW QUALITY SERVICE WITH MANY MISTAKES! WASTE OF TIME TO FIX! Correcting the quantity of mistakes is a colossal waste of my valuable time. I tried to be patient. I thought that after the first year, They would learn the pattern, Learn from mistakes, Look back at similar transactions And improve. But I was wrong! They did not improve. Always Low Quality work with many mistakes. They know that I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. I thought that naturally they would put their most qualified staff on my account and review for accuracy. But I was wrong again! They seem to have significant staff turnover. Different people come and go. You wonder how they have so many 5 Star reviews? They repeatedly asked me to write them a 5 Star review. I couldn't lie in good conscience. But there is a natural incentive to give a great review. Many of these 5 star reviews are Fake! Always start with the 1 star reviews. They are NOT fake! Yes, they are based in India. I have traveled extensively in India. I know Indians to be the nicest, sweetest people you will ever meet. However, with inadequate training and supervision, inadequate review of the work, high staff turnover, the result is low quality, inaccurate, sloppy output with so many errors that you can NOT rely on these financial statements or general ledger. It is just unreliable garbage. I had to file an EXTENSION for my S-corporation tax return and then I had to file an EXTENSION for my personal tax return. The low price is not worth the aggravation and significant waste of time coping with the errors and error corrections. I had to move on to a real bookkeeper. Helpful?

They are very thorough and I appreciate that they are always available anytime I have questions. I appreciate the occasional meetings we set up just to make sure everything is correct. I also appreciate their patience and help when sometimes I have difficulty logging in to the microsoft virtual meetings. I like the monthly reports I get. This helps my accountant at the end of the year. Thank you!

They are a wonderful company to work with, as they look out for our church's finances and ways to improve and help our growth. It's very helpful to be able to trust what they are doing so I can focus on what I need to do. In addition, their kindness is amazing! Amarendhar Reddy has been very helpful with his analyses, insight, and suggestions to help better our financial standing.

I truest this company. I have tried a couple of online companies. Remote Books Online is the best. They are professional and reliable. Haritha! Thank you.

I am pleased with Remote Books Online. We started with their company at the beginning of 2024, and we had a smooth transition. Also important to us is the fact that we receive our reports very timely and efficiently, and everyone is extremely helpful and responsive.

Easy communications. Always willing to help and great overall service.
